We have had great organic growth in the Issuer Services over the last year, and with this portfolio transfer, Nordic Issuer has become one of the largest Registrars´ departments for companies registered in Euronext Securities Oslo “VPS” in Norway. Additionally, Nordic Issuer is the largest Registrar for unlisted companies in Norway and one of the largest in Europe.
