Nordic Issuer has completed the submission process of the Shareholder Registry Report (RF-1086) for the fiscal year 2023 and has also worked on preparing the basis for the tax declaration for our clients. The work has involved detailed reporting of shareholder information for a number of Norwegian companies, which is important for an accurate representation of ownership shares and structures in both the Shareholder Registry Report and the Share Report (RF-1088). Carrying out this process requires an understanding of the regulations and a methodical approach, something our team has demonstrated they handle well.
Throughout January 2024, we completed the submission of over 1,500 Shareholder Registry Reports for our clients. This annual work, performed each January, has allowed us to apply our experience and expertise to serve an increasing number of companies.
